I just thought it was interesting, but in AMC's walking dead series on TV there was a scene where several women chat briefly about using vibes, showing it's becoming more and more mainstream..

Funny, yes, but I don't think it's evidence of it becoming more mainstream. It was, after all, still the butt of the joke.
