I just got a hand-me-down 3G Kindle as my mom just got her Fire today. I can't decide if I want to read "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" or "The Surgeon first though. LOL

I haven't heard of "The Surgeon", but "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" is supposed to be a very good read. It's on my wishlist.
Finished The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and Yes, Sir edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel. Now reading the short stories in the back of the Dorian Gray book as well as The Ethical Slut, a collection of short stories by Stephen King and Celtic Myth and Mythology.. erm I think that's the title, can't remember offhand.
I'm reading a couple books on mental causation and Tips2: Tips For Improving Your Tips by David Hayden. Interesting stuff, but I miss having time for novels
It's not entirely bad some of the characters are likeable, at times, but the writing just makes it seem so dry, so that what would be a great scene by anyone else just doesn't hold my interest.
Meanwhile, I've now started Revan by Drew Karpyshyn, and am loving it!
I just read a really awesome book called "We" by Yevgeny Zamyatin. Basically the first dystopian novel—it was written in the Soviet Union 30 years before 1984, and inspired Orwell. I'm a Russian history geek though.
