Anyone make smoothies?

Trying to be more healthy and make my own smoothies everyday started a week ago been having the same one tho strawberry banana. Been looking online for recipes does anyone have a good one that you make yourself?

I start with vanilla yogurt and add frozen fruit to the mix, usually cherries. If you looking to make it a little more filling, you can always add instant breakfast to it.

I usually include plain greek yogurt, frozen berries, and either milk or juice.

I like making smoothies with different mixtures of yogurt, fresh berries, bananas, cottage cheese, milk, eggs, and sometimes protein powder.

we make smoothies almost every day! We usually use bananas, coconut milk (the thick canned kind), frozen berries (and whatever other frozen fruit we have like mangoes and pineapple), avocados, carrots and then whatever other fruit we have (apples, peaches, grapes, etc.). Throw some powdered flax seed and spirulina in and maybe some orange juice or almond milk to water it down if it's too thick to drink. If we have it, soy yogurt works well too. We don't eat a lot of dairy but I don't miss it, the thick coconut cream totally makes up for it.
