it will mean something slightly different to each person. hard to please, high maintainance, demanding, holds one's self above others, self important, spoiled...expects to be treated as special, given gifts, helped along the way...deserving of unearned praise...better, prettier, smarter, wittier than the next girl.
all women are special...princesses are those who know that they, themselves, are, but don't beleive the first part of this statement.
