Do paint them on occasion. About every other week.
I can not have any bright colors like red,blue,black,purple.

I work with my hands, so do not pay any attention to my fingernails. I am lucky, however, I have the ones that naturally grow to look like the fake nails, rounded on the ends and over the finger. I can break one to the quick and within about 3-5 days, it will be longer than the tip of my finger again. I have many friends that thoroughly hate me for this...
