Are you currently on a diet?

I can't really say it's a diet. However I've added exercise (push ups, sit ups, walking) to my daily routine and I've cut back on how much snacking I do. It's gone from way to much to practically none.

Best thing I've found that helps is cut out the colas and replace them with water or tea and start taking a book with you while going on walks, you'll be surprised how much reading/walking you'll end up getting done.

Not really a diet but I am changing the way I eat only because of my acid reflux.

I've never been on an actual diet for more than a week or so. I just try to eat healthy but whenever I get a craving for something I don't hold myself back.

I have started the slim fast plan, because I've hit a bit of a plateau. Ive lost 75 pounds so far from eating better, some working out, etc, but still wanna lose another 25 pounds.

I'm trying to change my eating habits at the moment. Weight Watchers always works best for me, but it's not really a diet - just a normal healthy way to eat.

'Lifestyle change' for me. I have severe food intolerances and have finally given up on pretty much everything processed. I struggled with an eating disorder for awhile, so my version of a 'diet' right now is 'eat three times a day'. It's still a major change to my eating schedule, though, so... yeah.

I'm prepping for montreal fetish weekend, dieting is a poor choice for everyone, but such is the life of a model

I'm just trying to eat healthy but I am tracking my food so I guess it could qualify as a diet. But it's not something I'm doing 'just for now, so I can loose weight' I'm re-learning healthy portions and proper nutrition along with pushing my physical fitness. It's a slow process, but it's important.

I'm working on changing my eating habits and choices. I wouldn't call it a diet. That makes it sound very temporary.

No, but I like to try to eat somewhat healthy food.

I don't diet - I just eat in sync with my activity. Work out - eat a lot. not working out - eat less. There's always the 'are the pants too tight' test - since I have worn the same size for 15+ years, it's an easy gauge.

I'm not "dieting" but I do have a diet "plan." Eat X amount of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, proteins, etc. a day and it's cool.

Yes, I've been dieting since New Years...trying to drop 20 pounds. So far I've lost 5! I've been eating a bagel for lunch and soup for dinner, with one cheat/treat meal a week (like Moe's).

i made a conscious decision and effort to eat healthier about 6 years ago. then i'd say i was on a diet, now i'd say it's just how i eat. so its a lifestyle for me.

I hate the word diet. Haha, I don't believe in them. I am the only one of my friends who loses weight and keeps it off. I eat the things I want (in moderation of course), I try my hardest to make healthy decisions, and I lead an active lifestyle (which is a hell of a lot more fun anyways!) Plus, I don't want to be "skinny" I want to be strong.

just looked it up and it is pyramid marketing for diets.....ridiculous in my opinion. go to the library and get a book on the paleo diet. you will save a ton of money AND you will learn a lot of tremendous health lessons.
