I'm subscribed to reviews from two people because their reviews are super awesome, have pretty pictures, and they often have the same opinion I do on things, so I trust their judgement. It also helped me become a better reviewer because I was reading their reviews pretty regularly.

I didn't even know you could do that. LOL I think it's a good idea if you know someone likes the same kind of toys as you though.

I don't think it's creepy, but I'm not subscribed to anyone. I read reviews based on the product they're about much more than who they are written by.

Same, I don't even pay attention to the name until after I've voted. I read off of the RSS feed and whatever floats up on my wall.

If you go to a reviewers profile page, you can set an alert to receive an email every time that person posts a review.

I don't subscribe, however, I do have a list of reviewers who I read first when looking at a specific toy. So, in a sense, I do subscribe, but not in the sense you're speaking of.

I'm subscribed to several people's reviews. The reviewers I feel give consistently awesome reviews that I want to make sure to read, I subscribe to. I don't know if it's a lot exactly, but I'm subscribed to probably about ten people right now.
