Both my parents are alive and healthy at 57, though they dont look their age. On my dad's side both my grandparents are living, my grandma is 80 and my grandpa is 84, and he still works eery day. About 57 years ago he bought a pharmacy and began building what is now a thriving family business. Four out of the 5 kids are Pharmacists and work f or the business. I worked there as well untill I moved.
On my moms side, my grandfather died 3 years ago. My grandma is still kickin at 84. They only person really missing is my great grandma she died in 2003 at the age of 92, I miss her terribly, we were close. I have pictures of her though that I can see everyday.
So yes I feel very lucky to have a healthy and happy family, mom is a cancer survivor as well.
