We both suffer from bouts of insomnia from time to time. So while we would like to have a regular bedtime (and have it be at a decent hour) sometimes we just have to take what we can get in the sleep department. I do find that if I go ahead and set my alarm each morning and get up it helps me reset myself and start falling asleep earlier again.
I don't really have a bedtime or a wakeup time... it varies. I have trouble sleeping so it's usually between 11 (on a good night) and 3, but sometimes 5 or 6am... I get up at 6 on days I need to wake my daughter and get her ready for school, between 8-10 on days I don't/my husband lets me sleep in. If it was a really late night/early morning, and he doesn't mind I will sometimes sleep until noon.
