Well, let's see, I've jogged in place, repeatedly jumped up and down, hopped on one foot, shook my whole body. Ummmmm, maybe did other things as well just to see if I could get any internal sensations, didn't. AND yes, they never fell out, they never moved as far as I could tell. I have 4 or 5 sets and they're all a disappointment.
