Credit Cards???

OK, I don't want to be nerdy or anything BUUUT, I just have to say this.

If you've had past issue with credit card debt or know that you don't have self-control or will charge things you can't afford, only keep one or two credit cards with smallish limits. That way you'll be forced to stay in check.

However, it you aren't someone who charges away once you have a card, its actually BETTER to have a higher credit limit or multiple cards. One of the things that goes into your credit score is your credit utilization which is (how much you use/ how much is available to you).

So, if you're responsible, call your credit card company and get them to increase your limit, but keep charging the same amount that you usually do to your card. Boom: better credit score
