I like the look of the boyshort bottoms for bikinis. I have yet to get a bikini like that.. but I think they're cute.

I guess i'm never really too picky now that I think about it, but I usually opt for a one piece of some sort and than just pick whatever I like best overall.

I actually like the bottoms that are bikini cut but look like a skirt. They're cute and girly and hide my hips that I hate! The shorts just aren't very flattering on many bodies, unless they are the board shorts that look like swim trunks.

I have a small behind, so I don't have the issue of my butt cheeks falling out of MOST of the plain cuts, but unfortunately, some of my favorite swimsuits ended up having WAY too showy butt cheeks where even my tiny cheeks show. I hate that because I'd like to cover most of my rear end. Gosh. Swimwear is really hard! I do have one swimsuit that is so comfortable and feels amazing, nice amount of coverage and even flattering. The only thing I don't adore about it is the print -- just plain black and white, no colors. It's a Sauipe & the most comfortable one I own.
