Dinner. The only people I have heard say supper were my boyfriend's mom and stepdad.

Pretty sure 'supper' is a mid-west thing, I know for sure it's regional at least.

I always call it dinner and have never lived anywhere it's called supper. Though I do know that this is technically wrong.
