Do Sunny Warm Days improve your mood???

Depends, in spring? Definitely. Still getting over all the dreary cold of winter. In summer you kind of get too used to it.

Bright sunny days always put me in a better mood, than waking up to rain and grey skies.

They do make me upbeat, but I love a rainy day.

I need variety in my weather. Sunny days are nice, but too many in a row is dull and boring... it makes the world feel stagnant, same for too many gray or rainy days in a row.

Hahaha, close enough. Those 5 days of sunshine make me want MORE. Probably why I'm moving to Italy. Oregon weather makes me so, so, so depressed

I notice an improvement in my mood when I open the curtains and let the sunlight in. The funny thing is I have been a 3rd shift worker for years, and I am rarely awake in the daylight hours.

I love rain, but that doesn't mean I dislike sunny days! The only time the weather worsens my mood is when either it's really humid or when there's that pregnant feeling before rain comes. It feels very uncomfortable and I end up being snippy and frustrated until it rains.

More so the warmth. But yes, absolutely. I'm so excited it's spring-time.

Not sure if I necessarily have SAD, but sunny days have a profound positive effect on me as compared to dull or rainy days.

I like days that are partly cloudy and pleasantly cool best. A happy medium.

I like that my options for doing things on sunny days are greater. I can do a lot more on those days.
