I usually donate to Good Will, or give them away to friends/family. If it has too many holes for me to donate, I usually cut them up and use them as cleaning rags.

I thrift the good clothes, but if an item is to badly damaged I just pitch it.

I usually donate them most of the time, but I also give some away to my sister sometimes.
