Usually 5-10 over. Most cops around here won't pull you over for going over 5.

I live in a small city when the cops have nothing better to do than catch speeders, so the situation dictates no speeding at all. And I know where all of the cameras are!

10-15 over, depending on the area. I've gotten one speeding ticket for going 20 over. I tend to just go with the flow of traffic most of the time though.
