Do you ever feel depressed...

when you're having a really good time? I suffer from depression, but it's usually when I'm bored and nothing is really going on. I had a great night tonight, but felt depressed the entire time. It was so weird.

Once in a while, there's days when I just can't be happy no matter how awesome my day goes.

This happens to me all the time. I also have Bipolar I, so that would explain why. It kinda sucks. I usually don't go out unless I'm in a good mood because there's no point. I'll be just as miserable out as I am in.

I don't remember when I wasn't. My lifelong depression is called Dysthymia, and it never goes away. So even when I'm enjoying whatever's going on, there's still a "Ziggy Raincloud" in the back of my feelings/mind/etc.

not really. sometimes I get sad about things that are happening. But never depressed. You cant let lifes downs get to you. You have to learn from them and make adjustments.

That's a good sign!

Go out and try to do more things like whatever you did! Insidiously, depression is habit forming, which feeds right back into itself.
