Since I don't have an affiliate code of my own I use randoms from the site! 15% off is wonderful when you are trying to get more bang for your buck, I ALWAYS use the 15% off code when I am able to unless there is a BIGGER discount code (:

Why would it be "wrong"? I sometimes use them, but truthfully there is usually a sale going on that offers a better discount, or I get a Buyout Assignment for big ticket items.

I do use affiliate codes, but I have never, and would never use my own.
There's a few that belong to my favorite contributors that I just committed to memory, and when I need a code I just punch one of them in. =)

I use my own now, but the first few times I used someone else's. How would it be wrong btw?

I used the code of someone I knew until I got my own. I love it, but tend to watch my wish lists and take advantage of sales that exceed the 15% discount on stuff I want.

for me, the sales and 20% off discounts are usually ill-timed. I live in Canada so I have to pay $22 for shipping, regardless of how much I spend, unless i add it to a review item, then shipping's free. It's a better deal for me to use a 15% code when I can get free shipping than a 20% code when I can't. So yes, I always use I code I find at random.
