I could probably sleep more but I am fine anyway, with enough coffee and a nap in the afternoon sometimes.

Absolutely not. I have to much to do after the kids go to bed to go to bed early. One or the other or both are up at some point during the night. Then one usually wakes up early. In a few years, I hope to get a good night sleep again.
