I have one kid. She is a beautiful baby girl and will be 1 years of age really soon. I do plan on having more kids some time in the future.

I tolerate children, but I don't dislike them or like them...I just don't have the right personality to be involved in a child's life. In the past, I've had a really bad habit of pulling a Robin and distancing myself from friends who have children. I just find that I no longer have anything in common with them because I live in a way that is not kid-friendly. I curse, I smoke and I like to have a few drinks here and there. Parents usually get up tight about that kind of stuff and I don't have any patience for the tantrums or bouts of crying.
So, I made the decision that it would be better for me and everyone else on the planet not to have a child. If I know nothing else, I know that was a good decision on my part.

i have one beautiful daughter she is 22. I had her at late age so doctor said i needed fixed so can't have any more so got a job working with children so i have 54 children in one month i am with

Don't have kids and never planned on any. I had a vasectomy years ago. Best thing I ever did for my sex life and our sanity. Too much freaking out about accidental pregnancy.

I cannot vote in this poll. There is no real option for me. I do not have kids, and I won't be having any, but it is not because I dislike kids.
Some people just don't have kids, either because they cannot physically, because circumstances don't allow for it, or just because they do not want kids themselves. In no way do any of these things mean they do not like kids.

I vaguely tolerate children too, to a point. I'm more okay with kids over the age of 6 or 7 - anything under that and I become very uncomfortable. I don't even like holding children much less the idea of having to take care of them. So, I won't ever be having kids.

Mine are 20 & 21 - they are great young adults. They never caused us a minute of grief. Sure some small conflicts - but really small short lived issues. My 20 year old is going into the Air Force - I'm really going to miss him - but the nation will benefit from his hardwork and dedication!

I don't particularly like OTHER people's children. Yet I have a strong maternal instinct. DH and I are going to start trying this summer.

Well, it's really one-and-a-half (the second is due in June). Neither were planned, but it's not like we were doing anything to prevent them, either. We would like to have more one day, but after this we'll have to stop for a few years, just because we're quickly running out of space.
