I have seen EF bashing yes, but I tend to go by my experiences and I am very happy with Eden and I love this place. I honestly haven't had any issues and I have had many many orders. I enjoy writing the reviews and doing video's. I have made several close friends here. To each their own.

Sure, I know some people who don't like it. Some are even my friends. I haven't had 100% positive experiences myself, so I understand where people are coming from. Like any website or service or company, it's hard to be 100% pleased. You can't be pleased all the time just like you can't please anyone.
Some people have made a stand about what they'll put up with. Their choice. I respect that. Remember, too, that you've probably had bad experiences with companies that others love. Me? I kind of hate direcTV now because of their customer service, but my mom won't ever use anyone else.

I've heard some problems with EF, but like a lot of people have said, no business can be perfect.
Most complaints I've heard have had something to do with affiliate payments or the internal linking system of Eden, which is pretty much a common way to boost linkage that I've seen.
In total, none of that applies to me. I've had no problems with used toys (though some have been dusty). I love the people I meet on here, I love the points system and video review program that lets me try new things, and I love getting to review fun, up and coming products.
On top of that, I really like the fact that this is a community and a reviewing site. A lot of people who've left don't have a forum they hand out with like Eden, which seems sad to me. Eden is very unique in how much it encourages reviewer interactions.
I understand why some of the people who've left here have left, but I also understand why I've stayed. Eden has treated me well, sans a few times I've had issues with customer support, and I think that it's a nice place to hang out.

I have heard rumors as well. But so far I have not had any issue with anything. If I do best believe I will call or email someone and get to the bottom of it.
Everyone has their own opinion but that will not stare me away from EF. I like being here and I like doing reviews and other things on here.

Yeah, as others have mentioned I know there are some who have their "beefs" with EF. While no online merchant is perfect, all the "beefs" I've heard about have been (in my opinion) silly and without merit.

I have vaguely heard things before, but never really one person, just people talking about people who were talking about Eden lol. Nothing with any foundation doesn't worry me one bit. :/

I heard something about the weird linking methods used in coding some time back but when I tried out the search thing - which was apparently what was twisted somehow (according to this person) butt I didn't run into whatever issue they were having. Every website has a different way of coding things depending on who the designer is that coded it and how they learned to code and what method of layout they are using.
It was something about links redirecting or w/e but when I searched articles to check it out I was sent to the article and not redirected anywhere. Same with all the other articles - so either they were spewing hot air or had a bad experience with something and were looking for ways to discredit. What I think though is that they just don't know much if anything about website coding - although they had a nice blog, coding a blog layout for an already constructed website is leagues away from coding a website itself.

Nope. I have never heard of any problems and I have never had any problems. The couple of times I have had a toy come in damaged, EF replaced them for me right away. They go above and beyond to give us points and the sales are phenomenal. This is a great community and I love being here.
