my favorite way is with it sliced thin, fried and mixed with scrambled eggs and cheese.

It is good other ways too.

I do every once in awhile. I've even made venison Kielbasa, that's pretty good.

Homemade kielbasa only. The stuff that is bought in supermarkets and grocers... nope. I do go to the deli's and European markets when in North America where they make it.

Mongolian kielbasa is mouth watering drool worthy!!!!!! But again, the store bought stuff is yicky.
