My son has recently gone on a pancake making spree. We have had pumpkin pancakes, cinnamon pancakes, blueberry pancakes, and plain in the last few weeks. My favorite method is to mix equal parts pancake mix with Jiffy Apple Cinnamon Muffin mix. Those are delicious.

Any other pancake lovers out there?

Of course! I loooove pancakes and if I had a consistent supply of the stuff to make them with, I'd probably have them way more often!

My husband makes a new kind of pancake every sunday. I like them well enough but I can only eat one at a sitting.

We usually have pancakes at least once every two weeks. Last batch was banana and granola. Yum! My all time favorite is blueberry!
