Waffles! I don't like any pancakes unless they are crepes or the crispy ones that are cooked in a little oil so they are NOT cake like! I like crunch! Besides, just like an English muffin has nooks & crannies a waffle has built in butter buckets! (yes, I stole that from XYCopperheadSly's syrup buckets & modified it!)
