I just heard where Americans take five times the photos they did a decade ago ( due to almost limitless digital photos, verses expensive film). However, due to good cell phone cameras, fewer people own " real" ( task specific) cameras!!! Do you use a " real camera" ?

Yes. I carry my camera around because you never know when a good picture could show up!

I have a real camera I use for my reviews and for my son's school events or birthday, etc. Otherwise I use my phone.

i had a digital camera but it sucks and broke, have an iphone but it doesnt have a good camera, looking to buy an expensive digital camera soon.

We use a digital camera, but I miss our old school manual Minolta. We don't use camera phones at all.

I bought a new camera before vacation - it takes much better pictures than my phone, and it has great optical zoom. I always use it when I want good pictures.

I have a real camera, but I stopped using it when I got to college because I never wanted to carry it anywhere. The quality of my phone's pictures is good enough for me.

We have a digital camera but most of the time (unless it's planned beforehand) when I want to take a picture I don't have that one on me...but I do usually have my cell phone and it has a reasonable camera.
For things like crafts I make that I might eventually be selling though, I much prefer the quality the actual camera gives.
