If you're specifically talking about the Fun Factory SmartBalls (and not kegel exercisers in genearal), then yes, I use them!
I even wrote up a review.
I've also used LELO's Luna Beads, but I'm not sure how I feel about them yet.

I've never used Smartballs specifically but I am a big fan of Duotone and Ben wa balls, I use them quite often.

I went with the Luna Mini and Ami for my kegel options. I think the smart balls will be too big for me.

I have them and used them a lot more when I got them. Now they just sit in a drawer.

I use them intermittently with other kegal balls.
