I'm usually only shirtless in my bedroom or the bathroom. I just feel comfier with a top on. But it's not too unusual for me to go around the house without any pants on if I'm alone. (As for undergarments, I never wear any around my house, regardless of what else I have on.)

ABSOLUTELY! When nobody is home it is naked time! I am most comfortable in my own skin. However, I do not fry chicken when I this state. You learn that lesson on the first try.
