I'd have to say no, only because I don't really watch tv, 99% of the time I read articles online, and the one or 2 news videos here and there depending on what it is.

I do if there is something that I might want to see. Like if I want to plan a day, I watch it to see what the day the weather is best.

No, I hate watching the news because it always shows depressing stories. Plus, they only show you what they want to show. I do watch the Colbert Report though

Well, i guess not ALL the time...but a good portion of the time. We have so much bad news on though with all the killings/shootings/kid s being idiots because their parents aren't keeping track of them etc etc in our neighborhood that sometime its just depressing to watch.

When you say "the" news, do you mean mainstream news like Fox, CBS, or CNN? I read news, but from "alternative" sources because they tend to be more accurate and fair.

Watch the news? No. I think I can count the number of times I have watched the news on one hand in the last 3 years. But I'm an avid local NPR listener. Also, read a lot of news online.
