I usually just put a spot treatment on the big ones and let the little ones go away on their own.

I have acne. I hate it. What I get is mainly under the surface.

I'm a female to male transsexual, I get acne still because I'm on hormone treatment XP I just use hot water and natural oils, sometimes a yogurt/green tea/honey/lemon mask if it gets super bad.

I use the bertsbee's acene solutions and try washing my face twice a week: frist using a cleanser and scrub, then using a toner, spot treatment and finally a moisturizer. Also every time i shower i use a body exfoliant such as a lufa or sugar scrub. i do from time to time go without doing anything too.

Before birth control pills, I just got three or four a couple days before my period that went away within a week. Since birth control, I get fewer (one or two a month?), but they take FOREVER to heal completely.
