No - I've come close in a dream but wake up right before. Of course, then I usually whip out a toy and fix that problem right then and there.

I've never orgasmed in my sleep, but I have woken up to bloody hands during my period. I think I might finger myself in my sleep sometimes, but not just on my period; that just sort of helped me catch myself..red-handed *cringes* sorry...
