I have. I have chronic migraines and while sex can alleviate mild headaches for me, when I have a bad migraine, it's all I can do but to keep from crying. So yes, I have used the excuse, not to get out of sex but truly because I had a terrible headache.

Nope, but I have heard other great excuses, like "My back hurts" or "I'm just not that into you", or "Hey man, I already told you I don't swing that way..Thanks for the drink but the answer is still no." Excuses all te damn time

I am more likely to say I need you I have a headache. But if I don't feel like sex I just say I dont feel like it right now and I offer an alternative time so he knows I'm not rejecting him.

No, even though I do get some headaches from time to time, they aren't the life-altering migraines that some other people suffer from. They're the type of headache that gets better from sex.
I sometimes don't feel like it - if I have a kidney stone, or am feeling ill from something else. If that happens I just say what the deal is. Usually though, when I don't feel well, my man knows and assumes sex is off the table and he doesn't want me to feel pressured to be with him when I don't feel well. So if I want to have sex when I don't feel well I'll actually just tell him. Then he gets all happy and excited. lol

Nope. I remember some time ago I had a terrible head-ache (cold + hang-over) but I was pretending everything was OK just so my girlfriend wouldn't get overly worried and sympathetic and not allow me to go down on her. The sex was worth it ;-)

I may have a few times before with my ex husband but usually when I get headaches they aren't mild they usually are migraines and I don't want sex. However with my current partner migraine or not its on!!
