It's the reason I left.
I re-joined this morning, but I won't be using the account other than to view pages that you need to be logged in to Facebook for.
I did a total account delete, so while I'm sure they still have something, there is nothing on my wall and "timeline".

I will wait until it happens and then get to watch all complain for it. But I will get used to it and move on until the next update. That is how FB works.

I haven't switched over yet but Ive seen how it looks and can say that I am not pleased with the look or function let alone the privacy changes that it makes.

Definitely not a fan of Timeline. I switched ahead of time in order to be able to customize it, but I'm definitely disliking it. It's hideous! The only redeeming factor is the little banner image you can put behind your picture.

I hate all the new changes facebook has made. I did not use it very often before the changes, and no I hardly ever get one because of all the changes.

I wasn't so sure of it at first but figured I'd give it a try. It's definitely growing on me. I like the ability to highlight certain posts and the like. Once I kind of got a handle on how it worked, I liked it a LOT more and am diggin' it for the most part currently. I esp. like the fact that things like app activity are grouped together now and aren't each a separate update or whatever. I like the less-cluttered aspect of that feature a lot.

One of my friends just posted this on her page. So for those who don't like the new timeline you can do this and it will bring it back to the old one. Seems to complicated for me I will stick to the timeline.

I love it! It is easier to go back and see the things I used to post. For instance I can easily go back to the day my daughter was born to see the comments since her first birthday is coming. I used to have to just click 'Older Posts' over and over, but now two or three clicks and I'm there.

It's a free site, so I'm down for whatever changes they think they need to make. I know that eventually all the profiles will have timeline, so I changed early on to get used to it.

Since all the changes I've been finding more and more spot-on ads pop up on my internet sites--not just for facebook but also in Hulu, google mail, google searches. It irritates me to no end and does the exact OPPOSITE of making me want to purchase a product. I'm fine with such things if I've given permissions, but I don't even answer ad tailor in Hulu and somehow they consistently send me ads that adhere to conversations I've been having online.
Eerie. I can't wait 'til they have a "do not follow" list for the internet (I've heard they're working on this).

I was forced into it! I did not want the timeline at all. But one day FB changed it behind my back. Those bastards. Lol. I'm slowly getting used to it now. But wish it was the way it used to be.

It hasn't hit me yet and I'm not switching until it makes me, I really hate the look of 'timeline'. -_-

I switched over around December or so, when they were saying everyone would be switched in a few weeks (looks like that got delayed, though!). I'm kinda ambivalent about it. I like a few things, like the cover photo and being able to make a map of travels. There are some really annoying things, though- no matter how I mess around with my privacy settings, it keeps showing the pages I've liked recently. I "like" a lot of FB pages for giveaways, so I'd rather not have them cluttering everything up!

I like the way the the cover photo looks, but I don't love the two columns of "timeline" posts, it's confusing to me. Oh well, I figure we'll all get used to it eventually, just like every other FB change.

I've had it for a couple months. I like it in some aspects. My main gripe is how things are grouped together. Makes finding things on my page really difficult.
