My favorite is pumpkin! But sadly, it's seasonal so I only get it a few times a year. My second favorite flavor is banana, which is also hard to find. I don't eat ice cream all that often though.

I really just like plain old vanilla yumm. I like it because I can eat it plain or add all sorts of goodness to it.

Pistachio. Definitely not the sexiest flavour (especially because I eat all the pistachios out first since I don't like them all that much.) It is made even less sexy by the fact that I'm lactose intolerant and eat it anyway >.>

For a real, rare special treat, I adore Haagen Dazs Dulce De Leche ice cream. Caramel ice cream with a caramel swirl, with just a bit of melted dark chocolate on top.
For a less special occasion, just plain ol' vanilla bean or vanilla is great. I don't like chocolate ice cream simply because it isn't chocolatey enough!
I've done ice cream during sex (on a day that was 105 degrees, mind you), and it was okay. Sticky, but we had a cold shower afterwards.

I worked at a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop for a while, and I'd have to say I love the majority of their flavors, and it can be really hard to just pick one.
My absolute favorite flavor of ice cream is green tea ice cream. I first had it at this sushi restaurant that I was a regular at, out in California. Haagen Daz has a green tea flavor that is a decent alternative, but they don't seem to sell it here in Vermont

I do eat rice milk ice cream, soy ice cream and coconut milk ice cream. But, I haven't had dairy products in close to 20 years.
My favorite "fake" ice cream flavors are cookies and cream and chocolate with loads of chocolate in it, or swirls of chocolate. The coconut ice cream company makes the most amazing vanilla flavor, so much like French Vanilla. But, this ice cream is hard to find.
I don't understand how you can find all this crap that is "gluten free" (while less than 1% of the population is really gluten intolerant) yet finding things without dairy (about 50 to 90% of the population is either allergic to or intolerant to dairy) is nearly impossible.
OK, rant over.
