As a former aquarist, I've had to manage the maintenance of 1000's of gallons of aquariums. Both fresh and salt water, and variations.

I think some of my favorite fish to take care of were moray eels, any species of catfish (I just love catfish), and hagfish (really, these are awesome).

I love my clown fish! i have a black and white clown named Emo and a orange and white one named Nemo. They are so funny to watch. I have a frog spawn coral in the tank that they have begun hosting its so funny to watch them shimmy dance in his heads. but this is a saltwater aquarium and lots of maintenence. our freshwater aquarium we have guppies and misc barbs. its a pretty easy to care for aquarium
