a SUV works best for us and all the things our kids are into. I like trucks more. I can pick up material I need for my shop, and pull a trailer with our motorcycles and what not.

If I had unlimited resources I would have at least one from each category. Since I don't have the money or space to keep more, I have a convertible two seat sports car and a station wagon. With the currently deteriorating road conditions (potholes) and what looks like repairs just not being done, I may have to put the sports car into storage and acquire an off road capable vehicle to get to work.

I love pick up trucks. We got one and had gone down to a town to do some shopping. We saw one of those really small cars, and I looked at that, looked at my husband, and went, "That would fit on the back of the truck with room to spare." He was beside himself laughing when he saw what I meant.
