Yes I have a few times. I was taught how to defend myself by the parents when I was younger. If I came back and told them that I got beat up I would get in trouble.

Yes. Once as a minor. The girl literally beat me all because all I did was ask the girl next to her if she could hand me the book I was reading because we had rode up in the van with me in the middle so I was forced to change seats and was in the back. It took the male staff member, and a cop to take her off of me. By the time she was done they were shocked I didn't have any broken bones but I was bloody.

No, although once... almost. I had a girl hold a boombox over my head, like she was going to smash it against my head. She made a few threats, and got right in my face like she wanted to fight. I didn't know what else to do, so I simply laughed and said "I don't fight." She pushed me once, and then an older boy that lived next door came over and stopped it.

A couple when I was in elementary school (won some lost some, Funny thing is I've only gotten into fights with boys).
Now I can usually solve things with words and that confident look that says "I might lose but I will fuck you up."

Many times, starting in elementary school. A couple of bullies were making life miserable. My dad suggested I fight back. The next time someone tried to bully me, I punched him in the nose and it bled spectacularly. No more bullying!
But I did get in plenty more fights. I went to a private school and some of the kids were sent there because they'd been kicked out of public school for behavioral reasons. Several times, a new kid just had to find out if I was as tough as my reputation. Win some, lose some, I discovered, but I never backed down.
When I was in college and for a few years after, I used to take out my occasional frustrations by getting drunk and then provoking someone to throw the first punch at me. Not a good idea! I'm just lucky I never got seriously hurt, or seriously hurt anyone, or got arrested. Fortunately I discovered counseling and meditation and learned other ways to get rid of my pent-up emotions.

No, but I almost did. This one girl harassed me for years because I dated the guy she liked. I didn't want to punch her because she kept trying to steal him or because of all the names she yelled at me, no. I wanted to punch her because her and her friend would block my path and harass me in the hallway between classes so I would be late for class. It sounds like nothing, but you would have had to have been there to see how bad she was acting.
