I've only eaten snake, I refuse to eat those adorable rabbits! I love Chinese snake soup and stir-fried shredded snake meat with veggies.

My mom used to tell me that beef and chicken, which were every day for me and thus to boring to eat, were things like snake and elephant. I mean, I've never actually eaten snake, but I thought that I had until I was 8 or 9 and she told me the truth. Rabbit, on the other hand, I've eaten. If you've ever seen a big ol' jackrabbit up close (or had it try to bite you), you'd definitely not mind having a leg or two.

I've eaten snake, but not rabbit. We used to have rattlesnakes where I used to live, and when one would get in our yard it was impossible to get them out without harm to us, or somehow injuring them, so we'd kill them and eat them.

Noooooo. Never eaten either. I don't think I'd want to eat a snake because I'm just icked out by them. Not really badly & I'm not horrified of them, but I just don't like the idea of a snake in my mouth -- cooked or not.
A rabbit. Just no. No freaking way. I love those cute, furry, hoppin' little guys & could never eat one.
I have eaten goat. NOT by choice! LOL. My brother is a big cooker & always has us trying some kind of meat when he's around & sure enough, tricked me into eating goat! While I was chewing, he said "it's really goat meat!" I just smiled & then spit it out & handed it to him. LOL. It didn't taste bad that I remember. It was smokey tasting. I guess I'm weird about trying new stuff when it comes to meat.
I've had venison and really don't care for the taste. I like hamburger meat fine, but deer isn't a flavor I love. I can always tell when there's deer meat in a meal -- even if it's small pieces.

I have had rabbit before (domestic/farm raised)..if it's done properly it's quite tasty. I only feel a tad guilty about eating such a cute animal. lol

I've had rabbit in an appetizer at a Vail resort restaurant. Nothing special - I don't ascribe a relative value to the types of meat that I consume. Oh yea - and I have eaten horse. It was served at the dorm while I was in college. They called it 'London Broil' - so the students wouldn't balk at eating it.

I have eaten rabbit a number of times. Its ok but I generally prefer white meat with chicken and turkey, and rabbit is a lot more like dark meat. I have never eaten snake, but I would. I love eel (at least sushi style eel), and I would imagine snake wouldn't be too different.
What about those giant jars that have a cobra in them, that have been sitting in alcohol for 100 years. Would you eat that? Would you take the snakes power?

I ate a snake sausage once (wasn't a fan) and have eaten rabbit many times. Rabbit is tasty.
P.S., Eel is far tastier than the snake I had. The snake sausage had a loose, dry texture to it and lacked the richness of eel.

We eat rabbits sometimes. We are avid hunters, so we eat other game animals also. I have not ate snake though!
