Have you ever SEEN a ghost/spirit? :):):)

I did a few times when I was younger. Once I was walking home and looked over at my neighbor's/friend's house. There was a blonde girl who looked to be about 11 standing in the window but between the closed blinds and the window. I thought it as weird so I asked my friend who was at her house that day. Turns out her family was out of town that day and no one was home. The next week I was going inside my house from my back yard and I saw a reflection in the sliding glass door of the same girl standing in my yard with a dog. I turned around and there was no one there.

Our current house has a small ghost cat who wanders around the house at around 3am. Our old house had a lovely ghost of a natve american woman who enjoyed sitting under our sassafras tree.

MAybe I have, and maybe I haven't. IT was when I was a child... so who really knows? It was still too strangely real to have been my imagination, but at the same time I don't know if I even really believe in ghosts.

Had a freind who lived in the "most haunted" historic house in our city. It's on all the "ghost tours". His house was on several shows about haunted houses. Six years there he never saw, heard, smelled or felt a thing!

Yes, seen and felt them. In Denver there was an old children's hospital that was being used as a jail ward for the hospital and at night you could here the children playing and there was a ghost little boy that was seen by lot's of us. I have goosebumps right now thinking about him. I have seen others too in pt's of dying patients or freshly dead pt's.

I used to live in the house that my grandpa passed away in. Well, when I was really young, that house got broken into when we were there. A whole bunch of stuff got taken, our vehicle, my moms purse, wedding ring, my dads wallet. A whole bunch of stuff. We got our van back, but the rest was lost.

Well that night, I was in my room, watching TV, it was late, probably midnight. I shouldn't had been awake, but I was. Well, I also had a radio playing really softly in the corner, which the noise was covered up by the TV anyways. Well, out of nowhere, the TV had turned the channel, and I didn't have a remote, it was broken. Oddly enough, to the channel that I used to watch with my grandpa. Then shut off. Then I heard the radio for about a minute or so, then that turned off. At this point, I was REALLY freaking out. Then the light from the moon was shinning into my room from the window, and I saw a dark shadow in the middle of the room. Instantly, I was scared like anybody else would be, but after hiding under the covers, I had felt a HUGE weight on me. As if someone was laying on me. About 30 minutes later I felt the weight give. Then I took the blanket off of me, and I saw a figure of my grandpa standing at my door. I didn't know what had happened until the morning when my parents were freaking out that the van was gone.

I believe I felt a loved ones presence in the few days after their death but I've never seen a spirit.

My old house was insanely haunted. See people, touched, see chairs move across the kitchen (or hear them sliding across the floor from other rooms), hear people talking, even had a knife fly across from the cabinet all the way across the room (about 10 feet) for no reason at all. And bunch of other stuff too. I never told friends about it and some witness things too. Some even refused to step foot back into my house.

Very brief glimpses, one or two of which scared the crap out of me. Much more significant than that though, for me, would be the time a spirit rubbed my back while I was crying once years ago. Every so often I think I can still sense that one still hanging around - I like my friendly ghost.

I seriously don't believe in ghost. However there was this one time that I can not explain that scared the crap out of me.
When I was 11 I woke up in the middle of the night to hear what I thought was my 6 year old brother crying in his bedroom. I thought maybe he wet the bed or whatever. I went into his room and asked if he was okay. He didn't answer but the crying kept going. So I poked him and he shot up shocked that I was there and as he sat there we both froze as the crying seemed to go around us from the walls. No shit. We both sat there frozen for at least an hour after it stopped. never said a thing to anybody, but from that time on when we were living in that house he slept in my room and we never went back in there. Seriously scared the shit out of me and I still to this day can't explain it.

The whole "Have You Seen/Believe in Ghosts?" question is complicated for me. I believe our spirits leave after death, though I think God shows us things sometimes, people from our past. I know my great-grandmother is in heaven but I saw her not long after she died. I was 7, and she was dancing behind me (with us) in children's church.
