We had ROSE ice cream in Paris. First bite tasted like....well, like a ROSE. Strange. However, the flavor "grows" on you.

Then, when a local USA ice cream place started carrying it (they make their own) it was....AMAZING.

Anyone else know of a great "exotic ice cream" flavor?

Mung bean, kidney bean, raisin, various kinds of melon... and lots of others. I'm not a big fan of most of them, but the raisin one the ice milk used in it is quite delicious!!!
