Heat Rash

I get it ever summer without fail. And it's always on my thighs.

It started flaring up today. They itch something fierce but I know scratching only makes it worse.

Lotions don't help, and sitting in water only cools the itch, but doesn't really soothe it.

Any effective home remedies you can suggest?

Try "Gold Bond", "Prickley Heat" powder.

The only homemade remedy I can suggest, is possibly a sea salt bath, or a towel soak in sea salt water compress.

But I would look into changing the material of your clothes or wear something that breathes better if you haven't already.

I get it under my breasts after hiking or riding--cornstarch before you leave the house helps and so does baby diaper rash ointment.
