My boyfriend is like that. Now he uses the Oxyderm machine and for cleanser Tea tree oil from Dessert Essentials :3 results were amazing.

I do everything. I also have a Clarisonic that I only use at night.

My routine goes: remove makeup with cold cream. Wash with the Clarisonic and Philosophy's Purity. Then toner, then moisturizer, then an AHA spot treatment on my T zone cuz I get wickedly bad clogged pores. I wanna add an eye cream that'll prevent fine lines, but that isn't a top priority right now. In the morning I just use a basic cleanser and a toner to control oil, then moisturizer with SPF. Seems like a lot but it makes a difference for me.

i have soft skin and i do nothing to it but wash with soap

I really don't have a specific skin care regiment. I wash with a cleaner every morning and evening when I come home. If I'm going outdoors I apply sunscreen, and if my skin feels dry I use lotions.

It depends on the day: mostly, I try to make sure I clean it well and moisturize it, but on days when I'm feeling less lazy, I also use micro-beads to scrub and put toner on.

I wash it with good, old fashioned bar soap. It leaves my skin feeling good. Use one like Dove. Using bar soap makes my skin less dependent on serums and washes--so if I'm going out for a weekend trip etc. my skin doesn't dry out from missing a nightly routine. And bar soap is easy to get anywhere. I also very occasionally use a face wash that claims to get rid of black heads.

I've always had pretty decent skin, except for some dry spots. I use a generic cleanser with salicylic acid once a day and some Neutrogena sunscreen/moisturizer if I'm going out. I don't like a lot of goop on my face, and Neutrogena feels nice and light.

Once a week I make an aspirin & honey mask, and every two weeks, a milk & gelatin mask. Both leave my skin very soft, but the gelatin actually peels off some skin and fine hair.

I've heard that Dr Bronner's liquid soaps are gentle but thorough and it's concentrated so it's a great value too.
I take advantage of bogo sales on store brands too. I am really happy with CVS' versions of the basic Olay products.

I usually just wipe my face a couple of times a day with a mild astringent which seems to keep it pretty clean, but every once in awhile I will break out this Indian Healing Clay stuff I have and mix it up with some apple cider vinegar and massage it into every inch of my face. Wow, that stuff tightens you right up and cleans your pores while it dries, and leaves everything so soft and, well, tight.

I use cleanser and moisturizer twice a day. I don't think my skin looks awesome but I don't usually break out. People I see at work (patients) always comment that I have nice skin, but I work at an eye doctor's office and usually our patients are pretty blind so not sure if I believe them.... =P
