In theory the right way is to have a giant breakfast in the morning, a middle sized meal in the middle of the day, and just a wee little bit in the evening... ("In the morning eat like an emperor, at noon eat like a man, in the evening eat like a beggar...") The other way said to be right is that you eat five times a day, always just a tiny bit, or even more often, eating even less at a "meal"...
