we have one but its not used all that much just for big bills and big checks to be deposited in for bills. We just use telephone banking and compare it to what we know we spent. we've never had a problem with it not matching up or anything.

Keep a ledger and check online once or twice a week to make sure there haven't been any surprises

Online for one account and I don't keep track of the other

Bank of America mobile app is how, or I just use cash
