Medium well for me. It can have a very slight pink tint to it, but preferably done and not burned.

A nice pink is typically the best for me. My sister likes it darn near mooing.

I actually have a hard time eating steak. I love the taste and texture when they are a little pink, but it grosses me out when there is blood... I usually order well done, but then it's too dry to enjoy
