"Ray-men"? That's like saying "tay-coes" or "chimi-chayngas". Come on, guys. "Ah, eh, ee, oh, oo - arbolitos de Peru (the little trees of Peru)." No, ramen isn't Spanish, but the sounds made by a, e, i, o, and u are usually the same, as transcribed into our alphabet.

Raw-men noodles

It's really good with some sliced boiled eggs, some chopped green onions and some pan fried thin sliced pork chops... yummy!

Oh, that does sound good! One of my favorite ways to doctor it up is to add a veggie mix like broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, then stir in a raw egg or two while cooking, and maybe some chopped garlic. Mmmm.

"Rah-min" here too. I love the kind that come in the cups. They are amazing! When I was in high school my mom bought a ton. Then she saw the sodium content
