I need to be alone and let myself breathe for awhile. I curse, laugh, and try to calm down. A lot of writing things out and then burning it!!

Actually I use almost all of these strategies at different times. Tonight I did a good work out and had a cold beer. Last night I just chilled. Whatever it takes.

Go to/call my mom, sometimes a friend or my fiance. I might get loud, I have a bad habit of cursing.

I go to pet stores to cuddle something cute or oogle the fish. Otherwise, I spend a few hours on Eden! Can't believe that wasn't an option!

I voted laughing because after our crazy days, me, my partner and 12 year old often do have an evening of hysterical laughing! Today and tonight was one of those. Besides that, me and my partner like to take a trip the bookstore or go to the craft store or shopping somewhere. Those are always relaxing for me! A lot of times after working all day, we'll make plans with my family to go out to eat once every couple of weeks or out to a local "haunted" place. We have TONS of those around here and it never gets old. My partner, me and my aunt and mom have ourselves a "club" (ha ha) and we go to tours and things around here. That never fails to be crazy, scary, fun or all.

Personally I love to go hiking whenever I have the time since most of my stress comes from just working in a cramped space. Something about giant fields is sort of relaxing to me.

I just gotta take a step back and breathe. Putting things in perspective helps. The most important step is knowing when to let go of the issue too. Carrying it around after the fact isn't helpful.

I punch and yell at people.

I'm somewhat kidding. More often than not, I will do something that makes me feel good.

I just get over things quickly. There is nothing I have to do, it just happens itself. You can make me mad and in 5 minutes or less it is like it never happened. I don't want to spend my time being mad and missing out on other things because you never know what could happen in the next couple of seconds.
