How do you write your reviews?

Contributor: jmex83 jmex83
Do you write reviews on a notepad or Microsoft word first then copy and paste it into the review section? Or do you write a review to the end once you start? Usually my wife and I will make a list of all the items that need reviewing (theres usually a handful from the last order). Then we will go into a word pad (Or other program) and will type up our reviews first. Then, we'll go through and edit and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we will go into the review sections (if we plan on doing the extended version) and we will take down the "topics" in that format and make sure that we have all that info in our review.

This is just easier for us, because sometimes you can't see all your typing, when it starts to disappear and go into a detailed or lengthy review section. Not so much in the "USE" section, but if you use the "Materials" section or the Functions section, if you get into it, you'll notice that theres a slider bar on the side because you're writing a lot lol. So, this way is just easier for us to be able to see everything, and make sure its organized.

I write my reviews right into the review box and fiddle with them as necessary from there.

I write my reviews straight in to the box and re-read or edit them a few times before I'm satisfied.

For those of you that may see how often we post and the times, you'll notice that there is only minutes or seconds in between our posts. That is because we normally come up with things to ask in the forums throughout the day. We'll write it on a note pad and come back to it later. We usually write out our stuff under that topic, how we want it to be in forums. Then we will copy/paste when we get time, into the forums. So, I know that I have seen some comments about how people are "point farming" because they're posts are seconds apart. Well, if you notice, a lot of those posts are crap posts. lol. Mine and MamaDivine's usually have some sort of substance to them lol. I just wanted to say something before someone else did LMAO!

I write mine up in a Word Document. I usually write them in 2 settings, and then have another editing session by myself. Then I bring my man in, and we read it over together for another editing session. Then I copy and paste it into the review boxes here on Eden! Wam, bam, thank you ma'am!

When I write reviews I use the extended format and type right into the boxes. I usually type into the boxes I like the most first and save it for later that day or even the next day. I always come up with the name of the review and the first summary last because those are the hardest for me!

I either write it in Word and paste or I sit down and write my review from top to bottom. It really varies depending on the item and how excited I am about getting the info out there.

XD I don't, I keep telling myself I will and have only finished one for the pile of toys I own. I wish I could get myself to start, I'd love to take part that way but I always get stuck. I'm not comfortable with video nor do we own a webcam, so it's lost on me that way.
