Hey there! I was talking to my boyfriend about this the other day and got curious. Living in New Mexico, all of our stores (including Walmart) have 10+ brands and types of tortillas for us to choose from. Is it different elsewhere, where they aren't such a large part of the culture? Thanks for the vote!
How many brands of tortillas are in your supermarket?

I never thought about looking to see how many tortilla's are sold at my local supermarket. Now I'm going to have to check it out the next time I go shopping

Not sure

Most stores in my area only have about 2 or 3 brands. I live on the East Coast BTW. They also stopped selling my favorite flavor, tomato, which is a total bummer.

Quite a few, but I've never counted.

I've never counted but I know there's a fair selection.

The store I shop at the most only has one brand of everything, since it basically is a brand. Other stores in my area seem to have two or three choices when I'm buying tortillas, with more choices of size than brand.

never have paid much attention to it.

About 2, Mexican food isn't especially popular over here.

I'm sure there's a lot of brands and choices, but I never pay attention to them. I like to get my burritos and tacos from the taco trucks, or visit the local mom and pop Taquerias.

I think no more than 4 kinds. I will have to check this weekend.
