At least 3 times a week, usually 5 times. Strength training, running, cycling and swimming, along with hiking/cross country skiing/snowshoeing on the weekends.

We used to do rock climbing and mountaineering but not since we moved here.

I workout 1 week each month. Crunches, lounges, and yoga.

I go to the gym about 5 times a week for weight training.

I'm not a fan of cardio, so I only do that about 3 times a week. I'll do the elliptical or the treadmill with a large incline, depending on my mood. Once it gets warmer outside, I might try a running schedule.

I have a Pilates and a yoga class once a week. Sometimes I'll do an additional yoga session on my own using an old video I have.

Sometimes I'll go hiking on the weekends.

After I graduate, I'd like to take some martial arts lessons and pole dancing classes.

Jeez, looking at this list, you all might mistake me for being athletic. haha

Yes!

I run close to every other day. Walk a lot across campus at school. Do hip hop dance twice a week, do crunch classes once a week. Cycle close to every other day

I don't take time out of my day to exercise but I am more than willing to help people around the house or in school with problems they need help with so I am hardly ever sitting on my butt. I get restless if I sit for too long.
