I'd change myself. My bipolar disorder makes life so difficult sometimes. If I just didn't have it, I could work, I could maintain relationships, both romantic and not...I could be normal.

Um, you CAN change your life! Takes more energy at first than just floating along with the current, but makes for a much richer existence.
As for what I'd change, I'd love to retire right now if I could afford it. Or figure out a way to make a living reviewing sex toys.

For me I wouldn't change anything that's already happened, as without those events good and bad, I wouldn't be where I am and who I am today. That said, I would change where I am at this very moment, from being out of shape back into shape but without all the working out lol and I would want to have the secret to eating all the crap I want without it adding to my ass lol!!
